Hi, I’m Aditiya — I bridge languages, industries, and cultures. Here’s the story so far. 👋
2024 - Now #
I currently work in one of PT Alamtri Group’s subsidiaries (previously Adaro Group), as a Mandarin Project Support Officer. I’m taking part in a project building an aluminium industrial complex, as part of Alamtri new business exploration, besides its core business as one of Indonesia’s leading energy companies.
Our aluminium project would have production capacity of up to 1 million tons of aluminium ingots per annum. I love this game of scale.

Joining Morowali’s Tsingshan stainless steel factory. This is where my industrial career kicked off — I came in as a Mandarin interpreter and ended up hands-on in Rolling Mill Machine, the main production line for 304 stainless steel.
304 stainless steel? Yes, the same steel that built your food grade coffee cup or food box, or even MBG’s ompreng food box.

First job after school. PT Begel Garudamas Indonesia. My main role helping set up machines, as a newly started small factory in Malang.
As Pak Dahlan Iskan said, a fresh graduate student at least has two career options: either join small company to learn good leader, or join big company to learn how the system works.

Enrolled Chinese Literature program at Universitas Brawijaya. Engaged in various student organizations, including Perisai Diri and Ekspedisi Nusantara Jaya.
I served as treasurer (read: fundraiser) of Perisai Diri for about 2 years. Ekspedisi Nusantara Jaya is a student expedition to the Nuse Islands, the southernmost part of Indonesia — one of my favorite experiences.
