if you want to build better cities, it needs lot of talents. good talents, as much as you can.
no matther you want the city to be more charming for business or be better for spend time and leisure, or for education, you need to find a way to attract the right good talents.
my thought landed on shanghai and shenzhen. these two city was my top of mind for me.
hongkong currently seeking a way to attract talents. singapore and malaysia already did the same thing long ago.
you need sort of things to be balanced in the city: technology. talent. civilized persons. opportunity. meritoctracy. life and livable, bisa dihuni. opportunities to expand young residents career. and the most important part is collective sense and effort to make better life.
civilized cities attract best talent. all talents. open cities that well civilized were open for everyone. that happened to American cities. America is the country for everyone who want to build their dream came true.
